About Rhea:

Rhea is Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Medical Esthetician and Licensed Electrologist with 6 years of experience in natural, organic skincare + esthetics. 

She is the CEO of RhEAL Cosmetics LLC, founder of The RhEAL Spa and master formulator of over 141 handmade products. 

She is also an associate professor at the Florida Academy of Medical Esthetics in Pembroke Pines and teaches medical microneedling to estheticians and and other licensed healthcare professionals.

She has operated this dynamic, multifaceted business for several years successfully and has so many gems of wisdom to share with you!

In depth review of skin analysis techniques + products to use for each skin type with details on active ingredients and rationale for using them as well as alternatives to use. Review with practice for cold therapy, aromatherapy, mask selection, extraction techniques and pricing/marketing tools to enhance your clients' experiences

Chemical Peel + Dermaplaning 1-1 Training

Chemical Peels: This specialized facial works immediately to unclog pores to prevent/heal acne, reduces fine lines/wrinkles, improves the appearance of rosacea, reverses underlying sun damage, improves the appearance of acne scars/hyperpigmentation, freckles and melasma (dark patches caused my hormones) and leaves the skin incredibly supple and soft. The overall clarity, tone, color and texture will improve drastically after a period of down time. Your esthetician will recommend the correct peel for you as well as aftercare instructions and product recommendations. 

Dermaplaning: This relaxing treatment leaves your skin radiant with zero discomfort or down time. Dermaplaning is a minimally invasive procedure wherein we remove the top layers of rough, dead skin and vellus hair to allow for deeper penetration of anti-aging products. Once the skin is exfoliated, we focus on facial effleurage, lymphatic drainage, LED Light Therapy, Custom Hydrajelly Mask, healing crystals, Gua Sha Sculpting/Acupressure + aromatherapy.

Nanoneedling + Microneedling 1-1 Training

Nanoneedling: Our FDA approved service involves deeper penetration into the dermis (below the epidermal layer of skin), wherein we create microchannels with fine microneedles to focus on problem areas with deep acne scars, discoloration, uneven texture/tone, pits, fine lines and wrinkles. This intervention naturally boosts your collagen, elastin and fibroblast production to even skin tone and drastically improve plumpness for a lasting glow. A customized serum is mixed freshly at the bedside for each client; using a blend of Hyaluronic Acid, Collagen, Peptides and Orange/Watermelon Stem Cells.
